| Q) | What is the difference between daily "Instant Win" prizes and Grand and Major prizes? |

| A) | Daily "Instant Win" prizes can be won every day from January 08, 2008 through January 30, 2008.
Simply visit each "Instant Win" sponsor to see if you are a winner. The more you visit
the better your chances of winning.
There is one Grand prize and two Major prizes. When you visit the site the first time
and register, you are automatically entered in the drawing for the Grand and Major
prizes. Every time you visit the sponsors on the site you automatically "re-register"
and increase your chances of winning the Grand or Major prizes. A drawing will be held
January 30, 2008 to determine the winners.

| Q) | How does the Win-O-Meter work? |

| A) | The Win-O-Meter estimates your personal chances of winning a Grand
or Major prize. It
is based on the number of times you visit each "Instant Win"
sponsor area.
For example:
if you visit every "Instant Win" sponsor's area 10 times each day for every day of the
contest your Win-O-Meter should indicate a greater chance of winning a Grand or
Major prize than someone who only visits one time each day.

| A) | There are various types of prizes that can be won. Some must be
picked up at the sponsor
advertiser's location. Others may be mailed to you. If you win, your confirming e-mail
will explain how you will receive your prize.
